It’s been a strange time over here in Quan-land. I just landed a new web design client which has been taking up a chunk of my time and brainspace. It’s a BIG client; quite possibly the biggest client I’ve ever had, and I don’t want to mess this opportunity up. At the same time, I’m still working diligently on the official website. A buddy of mine just told me that he thought my background was a bit outdated, so that sets me back a bit while I figure out what new background would work best with the site. There’s also the issue of the site not being centered when I load it up on my iphone. I’m trying to figure out how to fix that. of course, the umbrella site is made mostly as a place to market Godmode, which now needs a high-res picture of me for the back cover. Problem is, I don’t have a high-res picture and can’t afford to hire a photographer. And I have yet to figure out how to get a high-res picture from my iphone camera. I still have to create the official Godmode site, which involves creating a ton of bonus content you will ONLY find on the site: character bios, monster sketches, floor plans, and the like. Not to mention the updates I haven’t yet done on Weekend Heroes and This action webcomic.

And all of that is while holding down two jobs, aggressively looking for a job to replace one of those, and taking care of he wife.  now, more than ever, I need to lighten my load, but I don’t know what project to put on the backburner until these other items are under control. And on top of that, I’ve been fighting  nasty chest cold that refuses to go away.

It just don’t stop…

Oh, and by the way, the new Weekend Heroes site is live. It’s pretty basic in design; I simply don’t have the time to make the site fancy. But if you want the inside scoop on how the Weekend Heroes wound up in the predicament they are in now, check them out at
